PERNAH HADAPI MASALAH HR DI OFIS ANDA?

Ok.. Nih nk bg korang peluang utk bg pendapat. Pernah x korang hadapi masalah bhgn Human Resource opis korang? X kesah lah samada korang adalah Manager [Employer/Boss] atau pn korang Pekerja [Employee]. Apa saja yang bermain di benak korang.

Mommy bagi contoh isu:-

1. Manager tengah pening - "How to motivate staff in bad economic times when you cannot afford to give out big bonuses?"

2. Manager tengah pening - "If an employee arrives at work late (for example one hour late), can we send the employee home, and deduct either unpaid or annual leave for that day?"

3. Pekerja plak pening - "Dia jatuh sakit semasa tempoh annual leave [AL], boleh x dia kira tempoh itu sbg MC dan bukannya part of AL"

Paham x? Ok. Komen korang sgt2 diperlukan & dihargai.. Tolong eh.. tq
