10.10 - sain LO dgn RHB bank (ni BLR terbaik sebab dia bagi -2.4)
17.10 - Mommy sms developer tanya apa status loyer. Sebab dorg xde call pun. Tetiba pagi tu (gamaknya sebab developer call kot), loyer tu call hubby. Sebab x dapat call Mommy katanya. Agaknya time dia call tu masa developer call Mommy kot. Memang tgh engage pun. So, loyer tu (bukan loyer pun, his secretary) call bgtau dia nak bagi proforma invoive.
Mommy revise that invoice and Mommy rasa macam overcharged. Well, Mommy tau sebab Mommy pun pernah praktis & ramai kawan2 loyer yg still praktis leh tolong jugak.
So, dah reply their email & buat some comments & need their justification sket la.
20.10 - email follow up the case. No reply.
21.10 - email lagi. No reply
22.10 - cuti deepavali
23.10 - kemuncak stress. Haha. Akhirnya Mommy call that firm n tnya status. Lawyer MC. Sakit mata. Tapi PA bgtau loyer tu dah aware pasal my email. Tapi x reply2. Hmm
So, Mommy xnk buang masa, rasa nak rejek je. Prob is, xle tuka loyer. Sebab tawaran masa nak beli rumah ni ialah kos legal fees for SNP free. Kena byr for loan fees je. Kalau nak tuka loyer, Mommy kena bayar utk both fees. N xle tuka SNP lawyer no matter what. cisdel btul.
So, kita lihat minggu depan.
